In August I will join forces with hundreds of other women in the Syracuse Iron Girl triathlon.
As a member of Team Courage, I will swim, bike and run my way from or to oblivion. Not sure yet. All I know is that it is time for me to break out of the comfort zone. Stay tuned for updates as I haul my gluteus maxims off the x-axis and out on to the tarmac. Here we go.
